President
Michael is the founder and president of OAI. Through application of his business management skills and a strong commitment to quality, he has built the most prominent large format imaging company in the southeast. Michael is a member of the Outdoor Advertising Association of America and a former board member of the Florida Outdoor Advertising Association.
He holds a degree in History from the University of South Florida and is a major contributor to the school. Michael has donated over 400 books to USF and has both a library and conference room named in his honor.
Michael is also on the Board of Directors for First Tee of Tampa Bay and founder of the Italian Culture Foundation. He is also a member of the Italian Club in Tampa and has served on the board for the "Best of the Bay" fundraiser for the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center.

Greg Schopmeyer
Vice President
Originally from Ft. Thomas, Kentucky, Greg relocated to Tampa in 1989 and joined OAI in 1993. Greg has over 21 years of experience in the printing industry and serves on the technical advisory committee for Fabric Graphic Magazine.
As Vice President of OAI, Greg oversees the day-to-day operations of production and leads the management team in OAI's ongoing quest to research and provide the best products and printing solutions the industry has to offer. Through the efforts made by Greg, and the OAI management team, OAI is able to provide quality products at a competitive price.
Under Greg's leadership, OAI maintains a high level of quality across all of the digital platforms, focusing on faster turn times and providing turnkey solutions. Greg recognizes the importance of ongoing education and maintaining a close relationship with vendors; this philosophy has fostered OAI's continued education programs, which provides OAI employees with the latest in industry training. Greg is a Beyond Ordinary leader. Leading by example, his management style is simply to treat people as he would want to be treated. Through open, ongoing communication, Greg provides clear instruction and expectations to the OAI team, and empowers them with the resources and information needed to meet and exceed those expectations.
Greg is a graduate of the Savannah College of Art & Design where he earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Illustration and Painting. Over the past 21 years, Greg has participated in numerous industry tradeshows, training opportunities, and discussion boards.
In addition to remaining a very active participant in the printing industry, Greg supports his local community by volunteering at and donating to several not-for-profit organizations. |

Jamie Songy
General Manager
Jamie Songy is the General Manager of OAI, overseeing the company's strategic growth, marketing, operations, and processes. As a senior member of the Executive Leadership Team, she focuses on creating synergy between divisions, identifying opportunities and mobilizing resources towards efficiently achieving the corporate goals.
Jamie's strength is demonstrated in her astute ability to see the big picture while paying attention to the details. Through ongoing internal and external communication, she is able to recognize profitable ventures and attract worthy new projects to the company.
Active in several local and national not-for-profit organizations, Jamie leads OAI's philanthropic ventures. Overseeing OAI's steadfast commitment to being both environmentally and fiscally responsible, she focuses on selecting associations and partnerships that are aligned with OAI's philosophy and business objectives.
Jamie, originally from Ohio, joined OAI in 2007. She lives in Carrollwood with her husband, Chris, their two daughters, Sophia and Aubrey and the family dog, Sasha. In her personal time, she and her family enjoy visiting local attractions and traveling. | |

Deborah Lanigan
Sales Manager
Deborah Lanigan recently joined the OAI Team as our Sales Manager. She brings with her over 15 years experience in the digital printing industry, a desire to continually improve efficiencies, and a steadfast commitment to exceeding the client expectations. Most of her years were spent overseeing a Company very similar to OAI, where she gained a clear understanding of all of the pieces of the process, from Sales to Design, to Production.
Prior to working in our industry, Deborah spent almost 10 years in Human Resources. Her commitment to people and their development is evidenced by her warm spirit, and genuinely open nature. Deborah is passionate about her own development and growth, both personally and professionally. She reads books, attends seminars, listens to podcasts, and takes courses regularly in support of this.
Originally from Jamaica, Deborah recently moved to Palm Harbor, Florida with her children, Adam, Emily & Jack. When she is not transporting them to their soccer, tennis, and horseback riding activities, she enjoys running, a good cup of coffee, watching The Bachelor, and spending time with her family and friends.

Senior Account Manager
Originally from the Virginia/DC area, Sandra Lombardo joined OAI in 2000 as a sales consultant. After making great strides in attracting and retaining new clients, she was promoted to lead OAI's Tradeshow Division.
Sandra's Beyond Ordinary work ethic and impeccable customer service has resulted in sales totaling over $9 million. With over a decade of experience in the print industry, her clients benefit from her relentless pursuit of excellence and attention to detail.
Sandra is a world traveler and enjoys experiencing new cultures, foods, and wines. In her spare time, she stays physically active, focused on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. |

Joe Bowers
Senior Account Manager
Originally from Kalamazoo, Michigan, Joe Bowers moved his family to Florida over 30 years ago. After owning and operating a successful PIP printing franchise with his wife, Joe joined OAI in 2002 and, currently serves as a Senior Account Executive for OAI's wholesale division. Always an advocate for his clients, Joe consistently goes Beyond Ordinary, delivering results that exceed expectations.
Joe attended Western Michigan University and has numerous professional photography certifications, including a color management certificate from Kodak. In addition to being active in his church, and spending quality time with his children and grandchildren, Joe enjoys planning and taking annual cruises with his wife of 43 years.

Rachel Mutimer
Senior Sales Executive
Originally from Rhode Island, Rachel moved to Florida with her family in 1984. After graduating from Tarpon Springs High School, she attended Erwin College for Graphic Design and Print Production, choosing ultimately to continue her studies at Rassumen College.
Rachel joined OAI in 2010 as an Account Representative. Her extensive background in the print industry, spanning over 20 years and including knowledge in screen-printing, offset and large digital media, makes her an excellent addition to the OAI Beyond Ordinary team.
Rachel's clients benefit from her strong organization, communication and creative problem solving skills, as well as her passion for keeping up with the latest industry trends and technology.
Cherishing quality time with her children and friends, Rachel enjoys reading, walking, boating, listening to music, and traveling in her spare time. |

Cristina Cubas

Cristina joined OAI in 2008 after graduating from the University of Tampa with a Bachelor's in political science and a minor in law and justice. Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, Cristina moved to Tampa in 2001 and is a certified Spanish Language Interpreter. | |

Bob Holland
Sales Executive
Bob has over 9 years experience in the Out of Home advertising industry having been with CBS Outdoor as an Account Executive for 5 years . In addition, his 11 + years of sports marketing experience with the first St. Petersburg Grand Prix, as well as, the World Challenge of Tampa and the International Motor Sports Association (IMSA) give him valuable insight into how our Sports clients’ needs can best be served by OAI’s capabilities. Having started his own small business he appreciates the attention to detail every business aspect requires and the cost considerations businesses face. He enjoys sports, live music and travel.

Patricia Dison
Senior Project Manager
Patricia is a native of Tampa. She joined OAI in January 2003 as the shipping clerk. She was quickly promoted to quality control assistant and then to Project Coordinator. Recently, Patricia was promoted to a new role, Project Estimator. Patricia's professional background includes bookkeeping, shipping and sales. She has been extremely successful at OAI and has been selected Employee of the Month three times since joining the company. |

Dina Pontello
Project Manager
Throughout her 25 years in advertising, Dina has focused on developing creative ideas for "the big picture"; it's no wonder she's right at home at OAI. With a skill set that includes media strategy, marketing, and brand management, she's ready to partner with clients to exceed expectations.
Born in Barranquilla, Colombia, Dina immigrated to NYC as young child, and quickly picked-up the language. Though there's no trace of a Spanish accent, those close to her claim to still detect New Yorkese, despite her many years in Phoenix, Los Angeles, Toronto, and Tampa.
She and husband Angelo hustle to keep up with 2 teenaged sons, Angelo & Dan. They're long-time church members of Idlewild, and enjoy meeting with their class of 4th graders for Bible fellowship on Sundays. Precious downtime typically involves chick-flicks, the 3-C's (coffee, comics, crosswords), and spectator sports.

Chloe Richardson
Project Manager
Chloe was born and raised in New Orleans, LA. She moved to Clearwater in 1994 and joined OAI as a Project Coordinator in 2010.
Prior to joining OAI, Chloe gained extensive customer relations experience through various positions, including three years in the printing industry as a customer service representative.
Chloe attended the University of South Florida but ultimately graduated from the University of North Florida with a degree in International Business.
An avid traveler, Chloe has studied in Brazil and interned in Portugal. She has sailed in the British Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico, and often visits her large family that still resides in New Orleans. |

Brian Fitzmaurice
Project Manager
Brian has been a resident of Tampa for 38 years. He graduated from Tampa Technical Institute in 2000 with a degree in Commercial Art. Originally hired by OAI as a graphic artist in 2003, Brian has since moved into the sales office as a customer service representative. Brian has been married to his wife Denise for the last 10 years. In 2003, Brian was inducted into the Tampa Bay Bowling Hall of Fame and has also dabbled in the Regional Professional Bowler's Tour. Brian also enjoys playing golf and tennis. | |

Sharril Cooper
Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Born in Honduras, she moved to Tampa when she was 8 years old where she grew up and studied for her B.A. in Communications from the University of South Florida. Prior to joining OAI she worked at Chase Retirement Services in the Discrepancy department. She joined the OAI Team in July 2010 in the Accounts Receivables Department and was able to provide financial, clerical and administrative services to OAI accounts. She was recently moved to the Sales and Marketing Department in her new role as coordinator for pre-sales projects and requests on behalf of the Sales Team with the Art/Pre-press Department. Her hobbies are music and having gatherings with family and friends.

Charity McMillan

Charity has been with OAI since 2000 and was promoted to supervisor in 2004. She has an A.S. in Commercial Art and is currently working on her Management and Supervision Certificate from the University of South Florida. | |

Michele, originally from New York, moved to Florida in 1989. She joined OAI in 2003 and created the OAI logo. Michele has an AS in Computer Animation and graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Chuck Lee
Manager
A native Floridian, Chuck Lee was born and raised in Tampa. Prior to joining OAI, Inc. in 2005 as the Quality Control and Shipping Manager, Chuck was a Deputy Sheriff with the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Department.
As OAI's Quality Control and Shipping Manager, Chuck is responsible for ensuring OAI's high standards are adhered to during the production process and result in Beyond Ordinary deliverables for OAI's clients. His responsibilities do not end there; Chuck oversees the shipping department, where OAI's products are packaged and shipped, from around the corner to around the world.
As a member of the OAI management team, Chuck remains vigilant of products, process, and trends in the industry that will increase productivity, saving both time and money, and resulting in a more efficient Quality Control and Shipping department.
Chuck consistently goes Beyond Ordinary for OAI's clients. He is committed to exceeding expectation by delivering products on time and to the client's specific specifications. As each day and each project presents new challenges, Chuck faces them with the tenacity that is not only appreciated but admired by the entire OAI team.
In his spare time, Chuck enjoys the benefits of living in Florida; you are likely to find him poolside, enjoying a round of golf, or cheering on his favorite sports teams - the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Lightning, and Rays. | |

Jeff Castle
Shipping & Receiving Department
A Florida native, Jeff Castle joined the OAI Team in 2009. Recently promoted to Shipping Manager, Jeff is responsible for ensuring that all OAI shipments are properly packaged and arrive to their desired destination on-time.
As the Shipping Manager, Jeff is the last person to view each product before it reaches our client; and, in that role he serves as one of the final steps in OAI's commitment to quality control. His steadfast dedication to quality assures that when a client receives an order from OAI, their expectations will be exceeded.
A proud husband and father, Jeff values spending time with his family. He and his wife Alison have three children and live in Palm Harbor. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys being outdoors - hunting, fishing, camping, or working on his truck.

Jessica Blevins
Print Production and Art Department Manager
Originally from Ohio, Jessica Blevins joined the OAI team in 2004 as an artist. Jessica has a degree in commercial design and over 5 years experience in the print industry - including prepress, production, and purchasing.
Jessica is a Beyond Ordinary leader, running the OAI Art, Grand Format and Dye Sublimation Departments with resolve, ensuring both efficiency and quality are consistently achieved. Her ability to manage multiple departments and responsibilities, with great detail, enables OAI's projects to smoothly transition between the prepress and production departments.
As a member of the OAI Management team, Jessica maintains an excellent relationship with vendors, continually negotiating better pricing for materials and staying abreast of new industry products and processes, allowing OAI to remain an industry leader and deliver competitive pricing.
Jessica thrives in the fast paced work environment at OAI. She is always looking for ways to eliminate waste and stay ahead of the latest technology and industry trends. Her Beyond Ordinary work ethic is contagious; several of the team members she oversees have earned the prestige of being recognized as an OAI Beyond Ordinary Employee of the Month. The mother of an active son, Jessica is a true soccer enthusiast and loves all things outdoors, including the beach and camping. Eddie Pillers

Eddie has over twenty years experience in the printing industry and has worked not only in photo labs but as a photographer as well. Born and raised in Texas, Eddie joined the military at only 18 years old. During his time in the Army, Eddie traveled to Korea and saw the 1988 Olympics and bravely took part in Operation Desert Storm while stationed in Germany. Since then, he has worked in photo labs in Colorado, Maryland and Florida. | |

Native New Yorker, born and raised in Brooklyn, moved to Florida in Feb 2002. He has been with OAI since January 2004 where he began in the Quality Control Dept. From there he moved on to the Painting and Finishing Department, and most recently he was promoted to the Fabrication Department as the new Supervisor. His favorite pass times are cycling, going to the beach, ball games, and spending time with family.
